We understand that from time to time a customer may wish to return an item they have purchased. Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund.
Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. Please note, that the initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described or incorrect orders.
For orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations, please see the section below. Cosmetic products can not be returned for hygiene reasons. Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order at anytime up to (within) 7 (seven) working days after the day on which you received the goods you ordered (following receipt of your goods). You must inform us by using our 'Contact Us' Form of your wish to cancel in writing within 7 (seven) working days following the date of receipt and must take reasonable care of the products and not use them or remove any hygiene seals. You should return products to us in their original packaging, wherever possible and as soon as possible. If you return products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

We will refund your money including the initial postage charge as soon is as reasonably possible but no later than 30 days of our receipt of your request to cancel the order. You do not have to provide any reason for cancellation.
To Return by post If you are returning goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described you will be reimbursed the return postage fee.
If you simply don't want it you will not be refunded the returned postage fee and you will need to pay for the returns postal charges.
To return items by post, please follow the instructions below:
1. Complete the Returns section of the Despatch Note, received with the goods including reason for return. The completed section of the Despatch Note must be included with the goods.
2. Take the parcel to a Post Office or parcel depot. If you are issued with a Certificate of Postage, you should retain this until the refund is processed.
3. Return to the following address: Newmoor barn, Polson, Launceston, Devon, PL15 9QU United Kingdom Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products.
Please note that International customers will receive a refund in their local currency at their bank or card issuer's exchange rate.
