Alpaca SURI Undyed Loose Fibre Browns

 Our Alpaca Fleece comes from an award winning farm local to us just over the border  in Cornwall.

This is Suri Alpaca which is a super soft, undyed fiber, which has been washed but left loose for your chosen use.

The fibres are approximately 12 cm (4.5 inches) Long and can be used for spinning or combed out for doll hair, two of the pictures show the fibre when it has been combed.

Alpaca fleece is the natural fiber harvested from an alpaca.

This is super soft fibre from an award winning herd.

It is light or heavy in weight, depending on how it is spun. It is a soft, durable, luxurious and silky natural fiber.

While similar to sheep’s wool, it is warmer, not prickly, and has no lanolin, which makes it hypoallergenic. Alpaca is naturally water-repellent and difficult to ignite.
